20/06/11: Notice of 2011 Club AGM

The Club AGM is scheduled for Tuesday 5th July, starting at 8.15pm, in the Harrold Playing Fields pavilion.  You are very welcome to attend.  There are 4 agenda items:
  • Chairman’s Report
  • Treasurer’s Report
  • Elect members of the Club Committee
  • AOB
Points for AOB need to be notified in advance, by Friday 1st July, please.
Nick Stewart and David Burrows are stepping down from their roles as Chairman and Secretary after serving in these positions for several years.  Thankfully, both will remain involved with the Club with Dave coaching one of next season’s U9 teams and Nick taking on a special project to help the club attain FA Chartered Standard status (this brings all sorts of benefits).  Consequently, the main resolutions for the AGM are…
  • Graham Russell – Chairman (relinquishing current role of Treasurer in order to take on this position)
  • James Wingerath – Treasurer
  • Andy Welch – Secretary (Junior teams)
  • Nick Stewart – Chartered Standard Officer
Mike Bowman, Mark Walshe and Dave Charles are happy to remain as Committee Members in the respective positions of Welfare Officer, Club Development Officer and Secretary (Senior teams).
